The department is led by Shlomi Goichman, an expert industrial engineer and manager of construction and infrastructure schedules. Shlomi is seasoned in O&M in large organizations, writing procedures, planning, and constructing annual and multiannual work plans.
Experience in creating work plans, monitoring, command and control and the ability to issue warnings.
