The department is led by Doron Cohen, who specializes in, among other things, characterization, analysis of cross-organizational processes, and construction of work processes in various fields. Throughout the project, the client knows the status according to budget, schedule, progress, barriers, risks, and the degree of need for intervention on his part.
Using Microsoft’s Power BI (Business Intelligence) system to create BI reports and dashboards for organizations.
