Shay Sohlberg, Adv.

Founder and CEO

Shay holds three decades of experience in national infrastructure and construction megaprojects.
For 12 years he served as Vice President of NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd.
Shay Managed a BOT tender for one of the most ambitious transportation projects in Israel.
Consults for multiple government and public entities, for many years lectured in academic institutions and advised numerous public committees. A member of the board of directors of investment bodies and NGOs. Member of the Israel bar association, with a Batchelor of Law and Economics, Master of Business Administration- both from Bar Ilan University.

Prof. Idit Sohlberg

Chairwoman

Vice Rector of Ariel University. Academic headed of the University’s Entrepreneurship Center and former head of the Economics and Business Management department at Ariel University.
Former chairwoman of the Kessem study fund and director of the Ariel University Center for Policy, Economics and Management.
Served as a Senior Economist at the research department of the Bank of Israel for 17 years, as well as the chairwoman of the Bank of Israel national employees’ union.
Holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

One of the leading specialists in the insurance and risk management field in Israel. Held senior management positions in the financial services and pension fields. Served on boards of directors and investment committees. Holds a Ph.D. in mathematics and a law degree, an M.A. in mathematics, statistics and physics. An actuary.

Technion graduated in Civil Engineering. Holds a Certified certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
Previous positions: Rishon Letzion City Engineer; Senior Consultant for infrastructure and roads projects at the National Roads Company of Israel; Management and Establishment of different projects for Israel Railway; Chief Engineer at Solel Boneh.

Chief Engineer

Technion graduated in Civil Engineering. Seasoned in managing complex projects from the planning stage through execution, maintenance and operation, including Mega Projects such as Highway 6, Light Rail System for the Tel Aviv metropolis, Israel Electric Company Power Stations, Fast Lane on Highway 1.
Previous positions: Vice CEO Engineering for Highway 6; Head of the Engineering/Financial Team at the IEC; Execution Manager for the Fast Lane on Highway 1; Planning and Execution Manager of operations of the Light Rail for NTA; Projects Manager for the IDF/Construction Center in a variety of construction areas; and lastly, Head of the Maintenance Branch.
Specializes in contracts/bids and BOT projects.

Construction Engineer.
Served as an executive project manager and project manager for various companies.
Vast experience in project performance management, and advancement planning management and consulting teams.
Current project: monitoring – construction of classrooms for the Jerusalem municipality.

Current projects: monitoring of classrooms construction project manager for the Jerusalem municipality; international contractor recruitment for the Mekorot Water Company ,Ltd.

BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management. Scheduling expert in the field of construction and infrastructure deadlines, including:
establishing methodology for managing schedules; planning and formulation of general and detailed schedules for planning and execution stages of the project; ongoing follow-up and monitoring the execution stages; updating schedules constantly; locating conflicts /delays/obstacles; close follow-up on projects from the planning stage on ward; bid performance; submitting managerial reports for schedule monitoring on a monthly or weekly basis; schedule based risk analysis; using CPM to analyze critical lanes. In addition, holds vast experience in large organization O & M. and writing procedures, development of an annual/ multiannual workplans.
